💳 Deposits & Payments

  • A $50 deposit per item is required at the time of booking

  • Booking a combo package (e.g., Selfie Booth + Bounce House)? Each item requires a separate $50 deposit

  • The remaining balance is due the day before setup.

⏰ Booking Deadlines & Late Fees

  • 📅 Events must be booked at least 5 days in advance

  • 🕒 Late booking fees apply to reservations made less than 5 days before your event:

    • 💡 $50 for photo booth bookings

    • 🏰 $100 for inflatable rentals

Urban3 offers delivery throughout Cleveland, Akron, and surrounding areas.

Due to the size, weight, and transport requirements, the following rentals use flat-rate transportation pricing:

SETUP Arrival timeS

  • Bounce Houses: 30 minutes before scheduled rental start time.

  • 360 & Selfie Booths: 30 minutes before scheduled rental start time.

  • Inflatable Club Rentals: 90 minutes before scheduled rental start time.

Please ensure the setup area is accessible upon arrival.

Setup Access

  • Please provide a clear, safe, and direct path to the setup area. If your event is above ground level, elevator access is required.

  • We do not carry equipment up multiple flights of stairs without elevator access.

  • Additional fees of $50–$100 may apply for difficult setup locations, including long distances, stairs, tight access points, or other obstacles.

🔌 Power & Equipment Needs

  • All rentals must have access to a working power outlet

  • No power available? A $75 generator fee will be added to your balance

    • GENERATOR ONLY COMES WITH 1 TANK OF GAS (WHICH LAST ABOUT 4 HOURS)

🌧️ Cancellations & Weather Policy

No refunds are issued for cancellations.

  1. In the event of bad weather or unexpected changes, you’ll receive:

    • A reschedule (based on availability), or

    • A business credit valid for 1 year from your original event date.

⚠️ Damage Policy

  • 🧾 A $100 damage fee will be charged to the card on file if any equipment is returned damaged or misused

🎨 Custom Overlays

  • We will contact you 1 week before your event to design your custom photo booth overlay

  • This ensures your overlay matches your theme, colors, and branding

📷 Media Consent

  • We may capture photos and videos during your event

  • By booking with Urban3, you consent to the use of media for:

    • 💬 Social media

    • 🌐 Website promotion

    • 📣 Marketing materials
