📋 Urban3 Rental Terms & Policies

💳 Deposits & Payments

  • A $50 deposit per item is required at the time of booking

  • Booking a combo package (e.g., Selfie Booth + Bounce House)? Each item requires a separate $50 deposit

  • The remaining balance is due 1 hour before setup on the day of your event

⏰ Booking Deadlines & Late Fees

  • 📅 Events must be booked at least 5 days in advance

  • 🕒 Late booking fees apply to reservations made less than 5 days before your event:

    • 💡 $25 for photo booth bookings

    • 🏰 $50 for inflatable rentals

🚚 Delivery & Access Requirements

  • 📍 Free delivery within 20 miles of Cleveland, OH

  • 🚗 $25–$30 delivery fee for locations outside that range

🏢 Setup Access

  • If your event is not on ground level, elevator access is required

  • We do not carry equipment up multiple flights of stairs without an elevator

🔌 Power & Equipment Needs

  • All rentals must have access to a working power outlet

  • No power available? A $75 generator fee will be added to your balance

🌧️ Cancellations & Weather Policy

  • ❗ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your event

  • 💸 No refunds will be issued for cancellations

  • 🌈 Instead, you’ll receive:

    • A rain date reschedule, or

    • A business credit valid for 1 year from the original event date

⚠️ Damage Policy

  • 🧾 A $100 damage fee will be charged to the card on file if any equipment is returned damaged or misused

📸 Photo Booth Design & Media Use

🎨 Custom Overlays

  • We will contact you 1 week before your event to design your custom photo booth overlay

  • This ensures your overlay matches your theme, colors, and branding

📷 Media Consent

  • We may capture photos and videos during your event

  • By booking with Urban3, you consent to the use of media for:

    • 💬 Social media

    • 🌐 Website promotion

    • 📣 Marketing materials
