  • How far in advance should I book?

    Most dates book 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during graduation and summer party season.

  • Do I need to pay in full when booking?

    Nope! You’ll only be charged a $50 deposit to reserve your date. This amount goes toward your final total.

  • When is the final payment due?

    Final payment is due the day before your event and must be paid through the Square invoice sent to your email.

  • is set up include?

    Absolutely. U3 is all-inclusive—every service includes setup and teardown.

    We typically arrive 30–45 minutes before the event start time to complete setup.

  • Can I book the bounce house for just 2 hours and pay less?

    Our bounce house rental is a flat rate for up to 6 hours. You can use it for less time, but the price remains the same.

  • How big is the bounce house?

    Our double slide bounce house measures 12' x 12'.

  • When will I receive my photo booth overlay?

    We’ll text your overlay design for approval about a week before your event, using the number you provide at booking.

  • Does setup time count toward my rental time?

    No. Your rental time begins after the equipment is fully set up. Setup usually takes 15–30 minutes, so please book your desired start time accordingly.

  • Is There a delivery fee?

    Yes, delivery fees vary depending on your location:

    Delivery fees include drop-off, setup, and pickup and are based on the event address.

  • How long is the rental period?

    Most rentals are for 6–8 hours. Need more time? You can add extra hours or book overnight for an additional fee.

  • What happens if it rains?

    Our priority. If weather prevents setup, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide credit toward a future event.

  • How do I book and secure my date?

    A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. After booking, you’ll receive a contract and invoice via email. The deposit is applied to your final balance.

  • When is the remaining balance due?

    The remaining balance is due before setup on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • What’s included in the package price?

    All packages include delivery, professional setup, and breakdown. Each package lists exactly what’s included so there are no surprises.

  • Do you travel outside Cleveland?

    Yes! We service Cleveland, Akron, and surrounding Northeast Ohio areas. Delivery fees vary by county.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    All payments are processed securely through Square invoices. Cash payments are not accepted for final balances.
